JONATHAN DOODY

The second round of the Summer League took place on Friday the 14th of May.

We had a very enthusiastic group of competitors for the event with a few new faces . The racing was of a very high quality and the final was won by Jonathan Doody with Sean Tobin coming second and David Stack third .

The league table leader is David Stack who has 16 points with David Keating on 12 points.
The next round is on this friday 21st of May.

Summer Racing League

Abbey Speedway are organising a Summer League of Six Events in May and June, 2010. Commencing: Friday 7th of May.

The karts that will be used are 270 Honda engine that can reach up to speeds of 70 km .

Prizes
The winners of each category will receive trophies and the overall winner and runner up will receive racing gear . A prize will be awarded for each event winner.

The overall winner will be decided on points that are awarded for each event.

Terms & Conditions
Summer league Competition is open only to people 18 years and over.
The cost per person is €30. Racing rules will apply .

SUMMER LEAGUE FIRST ROUND [7/5/10]

The Summer League started and had its first round on friday , A good turn out and some excellant racing .There was eight drivers that qualified for the final and David Stack who started sixth on the grid, with some excellent driving ,won the first race of the league and is top of the league table with ten points .Second place was David Keating with eight points and Thomas Keating was third with six points . Jason Foley came fourth and has four points ,Sean Tobin was fifth with two points and Eddie Murphy was sixth with one point .The next round is on friday 14th May at 7-00pm .
